We are NOT in-network with insurance companies.

We operate on a fee-for-service basis to ensure we perform the treatments you need to meet your goals, not the treatment your insurance company deems necessary.  Therefore, fees for services will be the responsibility of the client.

You will not receive any surprise bills from us. 

Our pricing is not determined by deductibles or specific insurance plan benefits. Fees for service paid at your appointment are the full cost of your treatment.

You have access to your provider!

Our Patient Portal gives you the ability to send your provider messages and ask questions at any time, review your prescribed exercises, view your schedule, and download documents.

- Other Payment Details - 

-Payments are accepted via card for all appointments; cash or check accepted for mobile/in-person visits. 

-Depending on the services provided, there may be an opportunity to submit a bill to your insurance company for 

reimbursement. 

-Regarding clients with Medicare, we offer wellness or maintenance services, but are unable to perform skilled physical 

therapy treatments due to Medicare stipulations. Please reach out with questions!
