Sports Enhancement Training is for clients looking to improve their current athletic performance!
Training programs are determined by your goals combined with your current ability.
Programs may include speed and agility training, strength and conditioning, or mechanical adjustment with weight training.

Sports Enhancement Training entails:

Plyometric/jump training: Focuses on improving jump height and teaching athletes how to land safely and softly, minimizing stress on the knee joints
Strength training: Builds strength in the core, upper body, and lower body with an emphasis on proper form and body alignment
Speed, agility, and conditioning: Enhances work capacity, endurance, and overall athleticism for sports-specific movements
Flexibility training: Essential for achieving maximum muscle length and improving range of motion
